The Learning Craft Curriculum

The Learning Craft collaborates with schools and institutions to develop impactful solutions that lead to desirable outcomes.
School and Learners
At The Learning Craft, we collaborate with schools to develop effective academic programmes tailored to their goals and desired outcomes. Our curriculum focuses on ten key learning areas:
  • English Language Arts
  • Mathematics
  • Science
  • Social Studies & Citizenship
  • Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
  • Citizenship
  • Digital literacy
  • Social & Emotional Learning
Our curriculum is project and competency-based, designed to help students acquire essential skills. We present learning areas in modular form, allowing schools the flexibility to structure learning experiences according to their unique needs. We recognize that each school has its own set of values and philosophy. Therefore, we carefully identify these core values and use the curriculum to bring them to life in the learning and character development of students
Institutions and Trainees
We will collaborate with you to design and enhance your training programs, incorporating effective methodologies tailored to your goals for desired results. Our Professional Development Curriculum emphasises three key areas essential for value-based training:
  • Connections (Building connections within team and team objectives)
  • Competency (Building tools for capacity development)
  • Result-Oriented Feedback (including peer reviews and self-regulating checks & balances)
These training components align with our overarching objective of empowering individuals and assembling the right talent or groups. We aim to equip participants with the relevant skill sets to meet organisational objectives, achieve goals, and facilitate accessibility and tracking of progress. Our training approach emphasises interactivity and group collaboration while allowing for individualised learning and growth. Our modular workshops allow for differentiated instruction while fostering individual innovation. Rather than purely instructional, our approach encourages organic and interactive learning experiences.

Our goal is for organisations to conduct self-appraisals of their training programmes, facilitating effective planning for skills and talent deployment. Our methodology suits in-house and external professional development trainers and advisors.
