We work with you to infuse an effective academic programme that suits your goals and provides needed results. The Learning Craft Curriculum specifies ten learning areas around its curricula:
- English Language,
- Mathematics,
- Science, Social Studies,
- Information and Communication Technology (ICT),
- Design and Technology,
- The Arts,
- Health and Physical education,
- Learning Languages,
- and Citizenship.
Our curriculum is focused on helping students acquire key skills, hence it is “project and competency” based. We present our learning areas in modules but not limiting the way schools structure the learning experiences offered to their students.
We understand that individual schools have a set of values and philosophy. So, we are careful to identify these core values using curriculum to help them bring it to life in the learning and character of pupils.
We work with you to design and improve your training programmes; infusing effective methodology that is suited to your goals for needed results. The Learning Craft Professional Development Curriculum, identifies three key areas as key as requirements for value based training:
- Connections,
- Competency, and
- Result Oriented feedback.
The training associated with these areas are part of a general purpose of people empowerment and putting the right talent or group together; providing the relevant skill set that will meet organisational objectives and achieve goals; create accessibility and tracking gains.
It is designed to be interactive and dependent on group effort while providing individual overall learning and knowledge.
The training areas are presented in modules that allow for differentiated learning gains with the programme – this will help to infuse innovation and creativity in participants. It makes the training organic and interactive rather than instructive.
The aim is for organisations to get self appraisals from their training programmes, helping them effectively plan the deployment of skills and talents. It is effective for in-house or external professional development trainers and advisors.
