who we are

The Learning Craft is an African based Social Enterprise

TLC works with the public and private education sectors to design and deliver curriculum development, professional development, and socially innovative programs.

Our focus is delivering quality and inclusive education systems tailored to developing functional literacies towards better life outcomes.

We do this through skills-based integrated curriculum designs, comprehensive social and emotional learning programs, green integrated digital literacy programs, innovative professional development, and community-based support programs

All learning happens because of relationships

We encourage strong relationships between the teacher and the learners built around trust, confidence, mutual respect, and values.

… the quality of these relationships often determine the depth of learning. We support schools in cultivating positive relationships among students, teachers, and the broader community. We do this by providing training and resources that foster empathetic and supportive learning environments, encouraging collaborative practices, and promoting inclusive policies that value diversity and individuality. By focusing on relationship-building, we help schools create a foundation for effective learning and personal growth.
