The Learning Craft Curriculum:

The Learning Craft works with schools and institutions aiming to add value with their training programmes. We work with you to infuse an effective method suited to your goals to provide needed results.

The Learning Craft curriculum identifies three key areas as valuable to defining the required value based training: Connections, Competency, and Result Oriented feedback.

The training associated with these areas are part of a general purpose of people empowerment and putting the right talent or group together, providing the relevant skill set that will meet the objectives and achieve goals, and instant accessibility and tracking of the gains.

This curriculum focuses on helping to acquire the right attitude and competency - hence it is interactive and dependent on group effort while providing individual overall training and knowledge.

The training areas are presented in modules that allow for differentiated learning gains with the programme - this will help to infuse innovation and creativity in participants. It makes the training organic and interactive rather than instructive. The Learning Craft curriculum for institutions allows organisations to get self appraisals from their training programmes, helping them effectively plan the deployment of skills and talents. It is effective for in-house or external professional development trainers and advisors.
